The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:40 p.m., in the Legal's Conference
Room on the 5th floor at City Hall.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board.

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. D. Jones,seconded by Mr. Veteto and passed unanimously
to allow repairs to the vacant structure and detached garage according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a)
of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60)
days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at
1009 Agnes, Chamberlain,Lots 11, 13 &W 5' of Lot 14 G,Block 10. If repairs or demolition are
not started and completed as required the City be authorized to demolish.

obtain a permit and sixty(60)days to complete repairs or thirty(30)days to complete the demolition

not started and completed as required the City be authorized to demolish.

permit and one hundred fifty(150)days to complete demolition of the property located at 2309 Cleo,
Segrest,Lot 4,Block 18 & portion of alley. If demolition is not started and completed as required,
the City be authorized to demolish.

13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty(30) days to obtain a
permit and thirty (30) days to complete demolition of the property located at 721 Flour Bluff,Flour
Bluff Park, Lot 6, Block 5. If demolition is not started and completed as required, the City be
authorized to demolish.

to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to
obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete demolition of the property located at 2835 Mary
(rear), Steele,Block 10 & pt of alley,Lots 11 & 12. If demolition is not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.

sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property

unanimously to uphold the Board decision of August 27, 1998 which was to require demolition to
the vacant structure according to Section 13-26(G), (1), (c)of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance
allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to complete demolition of the
property located at 1015-12th Street,Bay View#2,Lot 7,Block 6. If demolition is not started and
completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.
