The meeting was called order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers on
the first floor of City Hall.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by board.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To require demolition due to the extent of deterioration

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. San Miguel,seconded by Mr. Goin and passed unanimously
to allow demolition to the main and detached garage according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the
Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty(30) days
to complete demolition of the property located at 542 Airport, Santa Elena, Block 2, Lot 15. If
demolition is not started and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.

Christi code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to
complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete demolition; to allow demolition to the two storage
sheds according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing
thirty(30)days to obtain a permit and thirty(30)days to complete demolition of the property located
at 1544-15th Street,Bay Terrace#2, Lots 53 & 54, Block 1202. If repairs or demolition are not
