CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
December 19, 2011
PRESENT
Chairperson Steve West, Connie Gutierrez, Trina Garcia, Drew Reining, Leo Estrada
ABSENT
None

Lisa Aguilar, Assistant City Attorney, Kim Womack, Director of Public Information
Mr. West called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. and verified the necessaiv quorum.
REVIEW AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING ABSENCES
None at this time.
REVIEW AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING MINUTES
Mr. West motioned to approve September minutes, all Commissioners present were in favor. Mr.
West motioned to approve October minutes with Ms. Gutierrez seconding, all Commissioners
present were in favor. Mr. West motioned to approve November minutes with Ms. Reining
seconding, all Commissioners present were in favor.
REVIEW AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING APPROVAL OF 2011 ANNUAL
REPORT
Mr. West motioned to approve Annual Report memorandum, all Commissioners present were in
favor.
REVIEW AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING VIOLATION APPEALS
Mr. West motioned that the commercial complaint filed on Tabernacle of Praise PM be
dismissed, all Commissioners present were in favor. As it didn't fit the definition of commercial
programming
Ms. Scott of Community Journal was not present. Mr. West motioned the program to be removed
with Ms. Gutierrez seconding, all Commissioners present were in favor.
REVIEW AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING CABLE OPERATOR(S)
COMPLAINTS
No action taken
REVIEW AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING MEDIA DELIVERY LOGS
Mr. West motioned to approve Channel 10 media delivery log with Ms. Garcia seconding, with
all Commissioners present were in favor. Channel 18 media delivery log action was tabled until
legible copies are presented.

Mr. West motioned that the meeting be adjourned, Ms. Gutierrez seconded the Commission
agreed and the meeting adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
