Diaz, Ed.D., and Amanda Stukenberg Members Absent: Leo Barrera,Michelle Thomas, and Larry Bittle Health District: Annette Rodriguez and Dave Auzenne Timeline/ Meeting Outline Minutes Action Taken Responsible Party SCANN L Call to'Order Rose Caballero,C' • ,called the meeting to order at 3:00pm,noting a quorum was present. Minutes of May 12,2004: The minutes of May 12, 2004 were approved as written.
