Call to Order Suzzette Chopin,Chairman, called the meeting to
order at_12:05 pm.

Directors Annette gave an update of recent issues about the Mary Jane will

Board Board Comments: Amanda asked about the

recommendation from the Health District was to
close the park until the bathrooms and rat
problem was resolved. Dr. Burgin stated that the
Health District has no jurisdiction unless there is SCANNED
a Health risk over public parks. Annette stated
that Parks & Rec department is responsible for
the monitoring of the bathrooms at public parks.
