MAYOR'S FITNESS COUNCIL (WITH CLEAN CITY/COMMUNITY PRIDE)
DISCUSSION 0 Discussed completed "Kick-Butt" packets.
• Discussed the importance of creative signs with information about the movement — (to be developed).
• Discussed the importance of motivating and educating the community through a series of colorful designs and a
slogan.
• Health department will be involved in the education process.
• Decided on targeted locations: City parks, beaches, sports facilities, fairgrounds, special city events, grounds of
city youth organizations, city camp grounds, picnic areas, parking lots (possibly), fishing piers, and bus stops.
• Generally considered a 50-60 ft. boundary.
• Trash receptacles will be placed in assigned locations.

• Form a timeline of the ideal sequence of events.
