MAYOR'S FITNESS COUNCIL (WITH CLEAN CITY/COMMUNITY PRIDE)
DISCUSSION 0 Met with Lisa Aguilar to discuss the ordinance draft.
• Need to amend Section 23-76 of the City Code of Ordinances.
• Discussed bus stop situation and what needs to be brought to the attention of the RTA.
• Discussed the conflicts involved in banning smoking from golf courses and golf courses policies in Austin, TX.
• Need to ask Foresight Management Company about golfing feedback.
• Motion for city staff to talk to marina managers, Foresight, and RTA to receive feedback.
• Made list of who we will present our draft to. Including: Mayor's Fitness Council, City Council, Foresight M.C.,
YMCA, YWCA, and the marinas.
