PUBLIC NOTICE is given that the City Council may elect to go into executive session at
any time during the meeting in order to discuss any matters listed on the agenda, when
authorized by the provisions of the Open Meeting Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code, and that the City Council specifically expects to go into executive

Violence Against Women (VAWA) Program within the Police Department
with a City match of$16,573,,28 and an in-kind match of$8,928 from the

1061 Police Grants Fund for the VAWA grant in the Police Department;
and authorizing the transfer of$16,573,28 from the No. 1020 Cash
