Guy Nickleson called the meeting to order at 11:2 8 am.
Kelly McNabb read to #1 from the agenda.
to #I: Review and consider the appeal submitted by Firefighter II Philip Bonura and
Firefighter II Joseph tel e , question #35 from the Firefighter Engineer
examination administered on December 1, 2016.
Kelly McNabb read the question being appealed, question#35, all possible answers for the
question, and the test creator's response to deny this appeal.
Firefighter 11 Philip Bo and Firefighter II Joseph Stelker presented their argument against
question#35. There is no one present to support or rebut Mr. Bonura or Mr. Stelker's argument.
Kelly McNabb read Item #2 from the agenda.
to #2- Review and consider the appeal submitted by Firefighter II Philip Bonura and
Firefighter II Matthew Charbonneau, question #57 from the Firefighter
Engineer examination administered on December 1, 2016.
Kelly McNabb read the question being appealed, question#57, all possible answers for the
question, and the test creator's response to deny this appeal.
Firefighter 11 Philip Bonura and Firefighter 11 Matthew Charbonneau presented their argument
against question#57. There is no one present to support or rebut Mr. Bonura or Mr.

Firefighter 11 Matthew Charbonneau presented his argument against question#66. There is no
one present to support or rebut Mr. Charbonneau's argument.

A motion is made by Guy Nickleson to deny appeals to to fl, question #35, Item #2, question
#57, and Item 43, question#66.
