448th MEETING OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
CITY HALL— 1201 LEOPARD ST. ,2ND FLOOR

November 30, 1999: 8:15 a.m.

Vice-Chairperson Medina called the meeting to order at 8:25 a.m.
Item # 1: Review and approve the minutes of the 447th Civil Service Commission
Meeting held on October 5, 1999. Member Martinez moved for the minutes to be
approved as written. Vice-Chair Medina seconded the motion and it passed.
Item # 2: Review and consider a request from the Fire Chief to modify the Corpus
Christi Fire Department Performance Evaluation Report.
District Chief Burrows outlined changes to the Employee and Supervisor evaluation
form. She explained this form is more efficient for Fire Department employees and will
provide an immediate response to performance to employees of the Fire Department.
Member Martinez made a motion that the proposed changes be adopted and the changes
would occur as specified in the recommendation submitted by the Fire Department.
Vice-Chairperson Medina seconded the motion and it passed.
After no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 a.m.
