REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

I. Call to Order- Dr. Ridge Hammons 5:35 pm
II. Roll Call of Members-
Present: Etheridge, Butscher, Gambrill, Hammons, Silva, Willms
Staff: Talbert
III. Adoption of Minutes: Regular Meeting, April 15, 2013 for approval.
Butscher motioned; Gamrill second. All in favor
IV. Public Comment

V. Old Business for Discussion and Possible Action
1. Review and possible approval of proposed goals, objectives and action items for Commission.
Talbert demonstrated use of the Parks and Recreation Department registration software to track
organizations that use Data Collection Project. Recware requires participants (organizations) to
complete demographic information prior to registering/requesting a copy of the DCP. This
information will include org name, contact info, email address, etc—which will give
subcommittee an avenue for following up with organizations to track effectiveness of the
information. Linked to Goal#1
See draft Action plan for recommended changes/additions/deletions to goals, objectives and
action items.
2. Review and possible approval of evaluation tool for Data Collection Project
