• Welcome and Stage Setting
• Review of 2014
o Mentioned National League of Cities resources and encouraged CCY to read/review
o Reviewed City Secretary's description of CCY
■ Discussion about youth involvement beyond current spot;Anaya to request
TPPC youth board;Youth &Government group from YMCA; CYD Youth Advisory
Group and City Council appointed YAC to talk to CCY throughout the year

• DCP Report Distribution Brainstorming
o Data Collection Project Roster(who has it thus far)
o Who doesn't have the information that needs
■ Targeted distribution -School boards, county commissioners, Coastal Bend
Community Foundation; offer a follow up presentation with Dr. Rhoades
specifically on the data.
■ Wide spread distribution—service clubs (Kiwanis, Lions, Rotary, etc);
professional organizations (ABC, CCAR,Westside Business, etc); Faith based
groups (Church unlimited, Catholic charities); offer presentation from CCY
member
o How do we distribute the information
■ Revamp the website
■ Registration no longer needed, place on re-vamped website
■ Free Access (email,web, events, etc)
o How do we promote existence and use of information
■ Web site
■ Editorial Board
■ Incentivize attendance at Grant Writing Workshop target specifically to groups
addressing risk factors, perhaps offer small grant to be awarded at end of day
• Possibility of Gap Analysis Study
o Next step—get cost estimate from Dr. Rhoades
o Possible partners—JLCC, Coastal Bend Community Foundation, City
o Also look at funding at 20 year update of the DCP in 2016
