REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
Monday, November 17, 2014 5:30 p.m.
1st Floor Conference Room
City Hall, 1201 Leopard St, Corpus Christi, TX
I. Call to Order- Dr. Ridge Hammons at 5:34pm
II. Roll Call of Members-
Present: Hammons Dow Beck Schwartz Andrich Kollaja Silva Butscher
Not Present: Etheridge
Staff: TalbertAnaya Herrera
III. Adoption of Minutes: Regular Meeting September 15, 2014 and October 20, 2014 for approval.
Warren Andrich motioned, Donine Schwartz second. All in favor.
IV. Public Comment- none
V. Old Business for Discussion and Possible Action
1. Develop, Review and/or Adopt the 2014-2015 CCY Goals and Objectives
• Coastal Bend Community Foundation —grant
• Want to address car seats with CCPD
• Warren Andrich reminded us that the CCRA had committed to helping fund the grant
event/small grant in the amount of$500.00
• Warren Andrich motioned and Donine Schwartz second, all in favor
2. Adopt 2015 Meeting Schedule—Warren Andrich motioned and Heather Butscher second, all in
favor.
VI. New Business for Discussion and Possible Action
1. Review Commission on Children and Youth Webpage
• Dated material about forum, delete registration link
• Wants pictures
• Graphs from data collection posted and easily accessible
• Presentation to city council from April
• Meeting time and location of meetings add, unless otherwise noted
