I. Call to Order- Ridge Hammons @ 5:48 pm.
II. Roll Call of Members-
Present: Hammons Dow Schwartz Silva Kollaja
Not Present: Andrich Etheridge Butscher
Staff: Talbert Anaya Herrera
III. Adoption of Minutes: Regular Meeting January 26, 2015 for approval. —table until next month

1. New member recruitments
a. Hope will send application to all members
2. State of Texas Plans for Pre-Kindergarten —Sherry Peterson with Success by 6
Some families need Head Start; others will be okay with Pre K
Colorado—2+2 program; study; governor's plan specifically targets Heads Start program; HB
does better; CDA credentials required (no emergency certificates) need to extend beyond Pre-K
VI I. Staff Liaison Report—Stacie Talbert
• Funding for GAP Analysis/meeting with Coastal Bend Community Foundation
VIII. Identify Items to be placed on next Agenda— Monday,April 20, 2015
Remind them that April's meeting is at JAC
