I. Call to Order- Ridge Hammons @ 5:35 pm
II. Roll Call of Members-

III. Adoption of Minutes: Regular Meeting minutes from April 20, 2015 for approval. Warren Andrich
motioned, Donine Schwartz seconded, all in favor.

1. GAP Analysis/Dr. Rhoades
o Dr. Rhoades handed out a Scope of Work for everyone to review
Motion moved first by Danny Kollaja and second by Warren Andrich, all in favor.
