I. Call to Order- Dr. Ridge Hammons at 5:40 pm
II. Roll Call of Members-
Present: Hammons Schwartz Andrich Miller Silva Dow
Absent: Butscher Kollaja
Staff: Perrin
III. Adoption of Minutes: Regular Meeting minutes from February 22, 2016, 2015 for approval —Joseph
Miller motioned, Warren Andrich second, all in favor

V. Presentations—Tobacco Coalition
VI. New Business for Discussion and Possible Action
a) Community Coalition Forum— Reviewed draft, made additional changes and will review again at
next meeting
Forum to include-Welcome, Dr. Rhodes to discuss the Gap Analysis and Grant Writing
Workshop
Review the previous database that was used for the last Forum
Need to set date, location and time of Forum, possibly Ray High School or Del Mar. August 3.
Secure a CCISD calendar
VII. Old Business for Discussion and Possible Action
Approved thank you letter with additional comment.
