• Community Coalition Forum Planning
➢ Review invite list bring to September meeting
➢ Narrow dates to move forum to later date then September or October to January
2017...dates to look at January 4th Stn 11 to 12tH 18tH 19th 25th or 26th

Budget Approval for 2016-2017 Fiscal Year...will bring final for groups review
Update on Kites and Bikes— planning is on process—does CCY want to help or have a
booth? Maybe help get some sponsors?
Absences Policy—City Secretary's Office really monitoring absences, we will start
reviewing absences more closely
