I. Call to Order-at 5:30 pm by Gilbert Trevino, Chairperson
11. Roll Call of Members— Lisa Oliver
Present: Gilbert Trevino—Chair, Priscila Baldillez—Vice-Chair, Melissa Hofstetter, Donine Schwartz,
Joseph Miller, and Laura Garcia
Absent: Jonathan Gaines
Staff: Lisa Oliver-Superintendent
111. Adoption of March Minutes- 1St, Priscilla Baldillez, 2nd, Donine Schwartz, Unanimous thereafter
IV. Public Comment— none
V. New Business for Discussion and Possible Action
1. Goal Setting workshop was tabled for next month—tentative May 15 at Small Planet,
4pm to 5:45 pm. 1St Melissa, 2nd Joe, all approved.
2. Committee Vacancies/Reappointments— Priscilla, Melissa, Jonathan and Gilbert all
agreed to be reappointed.
