CALL TO ORDER—The regular September meeting of the Commission on Children
and Youth was called to order by Chair Paula Rosenstein at 5:45 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL—The recording secretary called roll and announced a quorum was not
present.
III. ADJOURNMENT—Chair Rosenstein adjourned the meeting for lack of a quorum at 5:50
p.m.
