Human Relations Department 1. Department Monthly Performance Report Review Wanese Butler reported on behalf of Sylvia Wilson the April 2012 Monthly Performance Report. (A copy of the report is attached at the back of the minutes) B. Development Services Department — Department activity update No Report. C. Engineering Services Department — Mc Ardle Rd. Update Jamie Pyle gave updates on what has been done as far as putting pedestrian signs and rumple strips. The Mc Ardle Rd. is number seven (7) on the street matrix list as one of the top seven next projects to be reconstructed. The construction will include sidewalks, curb cutes, and gutters to make Mc Ardle a better and safer road. D. Parks and Recreation Department Joshua Wentworth reported on behalf of Stacie Talbert, from Park and Recreation that "Kids Place" is finished and is now accessible for people with accessibility issues. E. Corpus Christi Police Department Parking Control — Update on Drafted letter to be sent to legislative rep. No Report. 6. SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS A. Engineering Subcommittee — Update on drafted letter regarding Mc Ardle rd. Subcommittee met to review components of letter to re- prioritize construction project of Mc Ardle from 7 to top 3. Ms. Wilson is drafting the letter on behalf of Subcommittee. 7. CHAIRPERSONS REPORT A.
