Regular Meeting

MEETING MINUTES
I. Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 5:34pm
II. Roll Call of Members: Absent members—Gracie Solano; Janelle Mata
III. Adoption of Minutes: No action on adoption of minutes
IV. Action on Absent Members: All absences were approved as unexcused
V. Public Comment: No public present for comment
VI. Business for Discussion and Possible Action:
A. Review and Discussion of Updated Bylaws: No comments. Accepted updated version
of bylaws
B. Updated Version of the Community Needs and Assessment Survey: Matthew Delgado
presented updated version of the CSNA to CCC for discussion before distribution to
subcontractors for collection of data. Discussed how surveys would be distributed and data
is collected. Suggested adding an opening and closing date for surveys. Committee
accepted updated version, with the addition of an open and close date, of CSNA for
distribution.
VII. Fiscal Agent's Report:
A. Report on services provided in the 1st Quarter of FY17: Matthew Delgado distributed
performance numbers of the four providers to the committee
VIII. Identify Items to be placed on next month's agenda:
A. Possible dates of site visits for subcontractors
B. Information on the Community Strengths and Needs Assessment collection
C. Absentee members protocol
D. Subcontractor programming possibilities
IX. Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 6:23pm
