MEETING MINUTES
Call to Order: Meeting Called to order at 5:21 pm
II. Roll Call of Members: Present members: Linda Moyer, Linda Copado-Rincon, Father
Peter Martinez;Absent members: Jim Boller
III. Hear from the Public: No public present
IV. Business: Members discussed different options on how to redistribute $30,000 of CYD
funding. Celina Pulcher furnished information from previous meetings to assist the
Review Committee on their decision. The Review Committee made the decision to
award the available money to current FY09 providers and not to re-issue the Request
for Proposal. Mrs. Pulcher will contact the two major providers for negotiation and
continue with other options if they declined. She will report at the next CCC monthly
meeting the outcome.
V. Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 6:12pm

Street and the second in the Leopard Street Entry Foyer, 1201 Leopard Street at 4:55 p.m. on December 5,
