I. Call to Orden Meeting was called to order at 5:40pm

III. Adoption of Minute:No action on adoption of minutes

V. Public Comment No public were present
VI. Business for Discussion and Possible Action:None
VII. Training:Maria Miller with Texas Network of Youth Services was present to train the committee
on the review process for the CYD proposals for FY2010.She discussed the CYD program and
how all the different components tie together for the program. Using an RFP from last year,Miss
Miller went through the scoring process with the committee and taught them how to come to a
consensus score.
VII. Identify Items to be placed on next month's agenda:No items were identified
