Please be advised that the Open Meetings Act prohibits the Community Youth Development
Collaborative Committee from responding and discussing your comments at length.The law only
authorizes them to do the following: 1)Make a statement of factual information, 2)recite an
existing policy in response to the inquiry, or 3)advise the citizen that this subject will be place on an
agenda at a later date.

A. Review of Community Needs Assessment for FY2010
B. Review and possible action of Committee By-laws
C. Discussion of items to include in yearly planning meeting being held in November
VIII. YAC Report: Report from YAC members for October
IX. Fiscal Agent's Report:
A. Report on the progression of FY2010 renewal
B. Report on Community Event being held October 24, 2009
VII. Identify items to be placed on next month's agenda
