CORPUS CHRISTI AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY
CONSERVATION DISTRICT
January 20, 2010
The Board of Directors of the Corpus Christi Aquifer Storage and Recovery Conservation
District, Nueces County, Texas, met in regular session on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, in the
Legal Conference Room. 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, with the following in
attendance:
Members: In Attendance: (non-members)
Oscar Martinez Jay Reining, First Assistant City Attorney, City of Corpus Christi
Margie Rose Alice Acuna, recorder
Rudy Garza
Fred Segundo
Absent:
`Angel Escobar
Gustavo Gonzalez
(1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Board Chair Oscar Martinez at. A
quorum was present.
(2) Minutes: Motion was made by Board Member Garza for approval of the minutes. Board
Member Rose seconded the motion:
Ayes: Board Members Garza, Segundo, Martinez and Rose
Nays: None
The motion carried.
(3) Election of Board Officers: Motion was made by Board Member Garza to re-elect current
officers. Board Member Rose seconded the motion.
Ayes: Board Members Garza, Segundo, Martinez, and Rose
Nays: None
The motion carried.
(4) Discussion of Annual Report progress
Jay Reining, First Assistant City Attorney put together a table of the Annual report which was
passed out for board member review. Board Member Garza asked if we could show where
deficiencies are in the report. Mr. Reining said Board Member Gonzalez should do this. Motion
was made by Board Member Oscar Martinez to schedule a meeting in 2 to 3 weeks for review
and approval of the plan. The motion was seconded by Board Member Rose.

Nays: None
The motion carried.
