OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CORPUS CHRISTI AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY
CONSERVATION DISTRICT
July 1, 2010
The Board of Directors of the Corpus Christi Aquifer Storage and Recovery
Conservation District, Nueces County, Texas, met in regular session on Thursday, July
1, 2010, in the Legal Conference Room, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas,
with the following in attendance:

Oscar Martinez, Chairman* Jay Reining, First Assistant City Attorney
Margie Rose, Vice-Chair Jeannie Holland, recorder
Rudy Garza
Gustavo Gonzalez
Absent:
`Angel Escobar, Executive Director
Fred Segundo, Secretary
(1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Board Vice-Chair Margie
Rose at 1:40 p,m. Roll was called. A quorum was present.
(2) Minutes: Motion was made by Board Member Garza for approval of the minutes
of April 1, 2010. Board Member Rose seconded the motion.
Ayes: Board Members Garza, Rose, and Gonzalez
Nays: None
(3) Discussion of Long Term Water Supply: Discussion was had regarding the
Mary Rhodes Phase II, which will add 26,000 acre feet of water, and be shovel
ready January 12, 2012.
*Chairman Martinez arrived at 1:50 p.m.
(4) District Rules: No action taken
(5) Next meeting time: October 7, 2010
(6) Identify Items to be placed on Next Agenda: Items to be placed on the next
agenda include: (a) report regarding the State's audit; (b) Five-year plan; and (c)
District Rules

(8) Adjournment:
With no further business, Board member Garza moved that the meeting
be adjourned. It was seconded by Board member Rose,
Ayes: Board Members Garza, Rose, Gonzalez and Martinez
Nays None
The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
