May 14, 2013
The Board of Directors of the Corpus Christi Aquifer Storage and Recovery
Conservation District met in special session on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, in the Legal
Conference Room, 5t" floor, City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, with
the following in attendance:
Members: In Attendance: (non-members)
Oscar Martinez, Chair Lisa Aguilar, Assistant City Attorney
Margie Rose, Vice-Chair Brent Clayton, Water Resource Planner
Fred Segundo, Secretary Jeannie Holland, Recorder
Pete Anaya
Absent:
Gus Gonzalez (arrived 10:45 a.m.)
(1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Board Chairman, Oscar
Martinez at 10:39 a.m. Roll was called. A quorum was present.
(2) A short discussion was had regarding giving notice of intention of introducing
legislation to annex land in Nueces County into the CCASRCD District. Motion was
made by Board member Fred Segundo to give notice of CCASRCD of intention to
introduce legislation at the next opportunity to annex land in Nueces County into the
CCASRCD District. The Motion was seconded by Board member Margie Rose.
Ayes: Board members Martinez, Rose, Segundo, and Anaya
Nays: None
(3) There was no public comment.
(4) The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
