Case 1113-02 Old Ligan Limited: A rezoning from the "RS-6" Single-Family 6 District and the"CN-2" Neighborhood Commercial District to the"CG-2" General Commercial District, resulting in a change to the Future Land Use Plan from low-density residential uses to commercial uses.
