SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
1. Held Closed Session on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Search

The Regional Transportation Authority Board of Directors met at 8:30 a.m. in the
Regional Transportation Authority Facility located at 5658 Bear Lane, Corpus Christi,
Texas.
Board Members Present: Anna Flores (Board Vice-Chair), Vangie Chapa, John
Longoria, David Martinez, Ricardo Ramon, Mike Rendon, Mary Saenz, Sara Salvide,
Judy Telge, John Valls
Board Members Absent: Crystal Lyons (Board Chair)
Staff Present: Eduardo Carrion (Interim General Manager), Ruth Willey, Beth
Vidaurri, Martin Trevino
Public Present: Rosie Aguiar, Robert Vela, Pablo Lara, RTAEA; Billy Landis; John
Bell, Legal Counsel
Call to Order
Ms. Flores called the meeting to order at 8:37 a.m. A quorum of the Board was
declared present.
Closed Session on CEO Search
Ms. Flores announced that the Board would be convening in Executive Session
under Section 551.074 of the Texas Open Meetings Act in order to discuss
Personnel Matters, the CEO search.
Ms. Flores reconvened the meeting at 9:47 a.m. and there being no further business
the meeting was adjourned.
