The meeting was called to order by Susie Luna Saldana at 2:37 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Johnson and second by Mr. Molina to approve the minutes of May
19, 2010. Motion carried, 6/0.
The Chief of Police was not able to attend due to the comstat meeting.
Constance Sanchez gave the financial report. We are 83% into the fiscal year and we have
received 71% revenue and have spent 76.53%.
Daniel Vargas gave a report on the juvenile curfew violators. Mr. Vargas explained that he will
be meeting with Commander Schauer once a month to review the enforcement of the juvenile
curfew as related to the number of violators brought in. He is also meeting with the Juvenile
Justice Center representatives to ensure there is no duplication of efforts.
Randy Maldonado would like a report on ICE from Chief Riggs.
Mike Staff arrived at the meeting at 2:45 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:55 p.m.
