The meeting was called to order by Susie Luna Saldana at 2:37 p.m.
Minutes of August 18,2010 need to be corrected to show that Reagan Sahadi was present at the meeting.
A motion was made by Mr. Staff and second by Mr. Johnson to approve the minutes as corrected.
Motion carried,6/0 with Gleimer Loeb and Staff abstaining.
Revenues are slightly under budget and expenditures are in line. The financials were approved as
emailed.
City staff reviewed the CAC printing costs from FY10. Pat Eldridge explained that this is for any crime
prevention program we can get CCD involved with.
Daniel Vargas explained that the number of youths for August was 66, an increase due to court referrals.
Violations were at 19,down from last years number of 29.
Commander Schauer issued the first citation for not taking down graffiti at the old Osteopathic Hospital at
1500 Tarlton. He further stated that the graffiti team policy does not allow them to clean graffiti above
the first story. The second truck is amazing and is helping to keep graffiti down. Commander Schauer
explained that the number of arrests is down from last year.
The utilities were effective July 1St, 2010 and will be billed August 1", the revenue will be seen in
September.
Pat Eldridge invited the board to the Faith Based Summit on September 23'd at 6 p.m.at Del Mar College.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
