The meeting was called to order by Cecil Johnson at 2:36 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Staff and second by Mrs. Gleimer Loeb to approve the minutes of September
15, 2010 as printed. Motion carried,6/0.
Chief Riggs explained to the board that staff is in the process of working on Compstat IL Chief Riggs
also explained that the Business Summit was a huge success and it was another way to engage the
community.
Constance Sanchez gave the finance directors report and explained that everything looked right on track.
Stacy Talbert introduced Monica Bryan as the permanent Juvenile Assessment Center Superintendent.
Daniel Vargas explained the totals for the month of September.
Commander Schauer explained that the number of graffiti work orders is down 48% for the month. He
also explained that the second graffiti truck is doing well.
Mr. Sauceda would like to have a press conference to educate the public about the Crime Control District.
The board would like to place this item on next months agenda.
A motion was made by Mr. Staff and second by Mrs. Gleimer Loeb to adjourn the meeting at 2:56 p.m.,
motion carried. 6/0.
