Board of Directors Special Called Meeting
Corpus Christi Police Department, 321 John Sartain St., 5th Floor Chiefs Conference Room
2:30pm, Thursday August 5, 2016
Members Present:

The meeting was called to order at 2:35 PM.
Pat Eldridge sent out the revised budget. Retirement, group insurance benefits and general
insurance have increased.
• Retirement increase of$124,645
• Group Insurance Benefits increase of$175,614
• Other Employee Benefits increase of$7,146
• Self-Insurance Allocation increase of$58,075
The bottom line deficit is to $761,928 to be taken from the fund balance.
With the adoption, the revised budget will be sent over to the City Secretary's office. City
Council has their first reading and public hearing on August 9�h. The second reading is on August
16'h.
Raymond Lara moved and seconded by Joan Veith to adopt the revised budget for the FY2017.
The motioned carried 7/0.
The meeting adjourned by Mr. Leeton at 2:43 PM.
