Ms. Bridges called the regular meeting to order at 2:32 pm.
The minutes from the meeting of 1/19/05 were approved, moved by Mr. Pool, second by Mr.
Baker. Motion passed. Ms. Bridges asked that a copy of the annual report submitted to the City
Secretary Office be provided to the board.
Cindy O'Brien reviewed the Treasurers Report. Revenues for the year are up $108,000 over
projection and expenditures are under 50% for the fiscal year and we are on target.
Eddie Houlihan from OMB reviewed the projected 04/05 expenditures and the 05/06 proposed
budget. Ms. Bridges asked staff to bring to the next meeting some options as to how to reduce
the budget over the next 10 years.
Ms. Bridges recommended the following items be presented/discussed at the quarterly City
Council meeting on 2/22.
> Project update—this should take up most of the time
> Budget update
> Budget calendar
> JAC
Mariah Boone gave an update on JAC.
Mr. Pool asked Ms. Eldridge if the City did purchase the E-Civis program and how is it coming.
She stated they did purchase and the information is very helpful; however, no new grants have
been discovered to date.
Ms. Bridges adjourned the meeting at 3:05 pm.
