Mr. Pool called the meeting to order at 2:36 pm at the Juvenile Assessment Center.
The minutes were approved, moved by Mr. Martinez, second by Ms. Alexander.
Cindy O'Brien reviewed the financials stating that revenue is 7%higher than projections and
8.3% greater than last year. Cmdr. Smith noted that for the first fiscal year with a full staff of 50
officers revenue exceeded expenditures.
Mr. Pool asked for the status of the Pawn Shop Detail. Cmdr. Smith stated the computers have
been ordered, two clerks from the original detail have requested to return, and the other two
positions have been advertised. A location of the detail is still being reviewed.
Following adjournment of the meeting, Mariah Boone will provide a tour and brief background
on the Juvenile Assessment Center.
Mr.Pool adjourned the meeting at 2:45 pm.
