Crime Control district. He explained the difficulty of putting a program together for this
eradication and the straggle for man power. He first explained that a flow chart was
being designed to show the direction the calls would be going. He proposes that when
graffiti is reported it will go to a call center, and then the call center would produce a
work order, a team will go out and take photos of the graffiti and the investigator will
look at the signatures and try to make sense of the graffiti. Once it's been investigated it
would be eradicated.
Pat Eldridge explained that the rack cards would be distributed in the March utility bills
informing the public about the Crime Control District and the upcoming election in April.
The Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) discussed the new programs that the JAC has in
place and how well they are operating.
