CRIME CONTROL & PREVENTION DISTRICT
JULY 7, 1999 - 2 :30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by President Loeb. The minutes
of June 25, 1999, were approved.
Mr. Loeb told the Board that changes/amendment to the FY 99/00
budget have been completed. Finance Director Mary Sullivan told
Mr. Loeb she would present a final report to the Board at the
next meeting.
Ms . Bridges told the Board that the Juvenile Assessment Center
subcommittee met last week, looked at the temporary facility,
and discussed the furniture issue. They are prepared to go out
for bids .
The Board left Greenwood Public Library to tour the Boys and
Girls Club and 226 Enterprize Parkway, Suite 104 .
Completing the tour, the Board reconvened at the Library to
adjourn the meeting.
