CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT
SEPTEMBER 14, 1999 - 12 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by President Loeb. The August
18, 1999, minutes were approved.
Ms. Sullivan reported that monthly reports and annual totals were
unavailable due to yearend closing procedures. Mr. Loeb called
for the Treasurer's Report. He asked Ms. Sullivan if an actual
monthly or quarterly reconciliation is performed on the
District's budget that can be distributed to use as a management
tool. Ms. Sullivan told him that within the next two months the
City's new computer system would be capable of generating such a
report.
Ms. Eldridge told that Board that the approval of the amended
budget would be on the City Council agenda for September 21st .
Ms. Haag updated the Board on the walk-through for the Juvenile
Curfew & Truancy Assessment Center to be Monday, September 20 at
11:00 a.m.
Mr. Cisneros told the Board that Mariah Boone has been selected
as Program Manager for the Assessment Center and they are
finalizing the interviews for the caseworker and two counselor
positions to come on board by October 1st
With no further business or comments from the public, the meeting
adjourned.
