ELECTRICAL ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

Call to Order:
Lee Montgomery declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m.
Nominations:
Lee Montgomery—Chairman
Tino Vasquez—Vice-Chairman
All board members voted yes on the nominations.

Staff Report:
The Power of the Electrical Advisory Board by: David Lewis
• Review grievances filed against any licensed electrical contractors.
SCANNED
• Review grievances with in the Scope of the electrical code.
• The board shall also recommend any changes of the City of Corpus Christi
Electrical code to the City Council.
• Bring in your interest of the seats and experience that you occupy.
Building Official Report by: Mono Garza
• Discussion of Adoption Codes for 2005&2006.
• Vacant Electrical Inspector position(Qualified Journeyman)
• ACM kr Development Services—Debbie Marroquin
• Deputy Director of Development Service will assist the ACM
that position is being filled by—Johnny Perales.
• DSAG—Development Service Advisory Group,we have been working with a
consultant for about a year and a half We are now transitioning into the new
process improvement,DS now has three new positions created in Development
Services that will help assist you one on one basis.
1. Two Project Manager positions
2. Administrative Assistant for the Project Manager.
