ELECTRICAL ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
City Hall Staff Conference Room
Thursday — March 8, 2007
3:00 P.M.

Call to Order:
Lee Montgomery declared a quorum and called a the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m.
Roll Call:
The first item of business was roll call. Don Fretwell and Bill Ewing were absent.
*David Lewis was not able to attend the meeting.
Absences:
Don Fretwell -Vacation
Bill Ewing— Job Bid
Approval or Correction of minutes—March 8,2007
Corrections:
• IBEW Electrician Union
• Discussion of Adoption Codes for 2005&2006
No other correction requested,a motion was made to approve minutes by Craig Loving
and seconded by Tino Vasquez, with corrections as noted.

Items Discussed:
• Provide Amendments for 2002 National Electrical Code
• Ratio Per Journeymen.
Actions Taken:
A unanimous decision was made by Board Members for a three to one ratio per
Journeyman.
Practice of Subcontractors—Tabled
To be discussed next meeting-April 19, 2007
