ELECTRICAL ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
City Hall Staff Conference Room
Thursday — September 20, 2007

Board Members Absent: Craig Loving Lee Montgomery

Call to Order:
Tine Vasquez declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 3:00p.m.
Approval of minutes for September 20.2007:
Motion was made to accept the minutes without corrections. Minutes were
approved without opposition.
Jntroduction of Lorenzo Gonzalez:
Not present.
Discussion and/or Recommendation of Commercial Builder:
A motion was made by Billy Ashcroft for recommendation of David Schury for the
Commercial Builder it was second by Michael Riley. Motion carried.
Discussion on tabled item: Sub-Contractor:
Tabled—Legal department is doing further study.

Boards members agreed to call staff a head time before posting agendas.

Mike Carranco—Expressed concern about the number of current staff inspectors
making a full and complete inspection based on inspectors.

Dennis Beasey-Expressed concern about the number of current staff inspectors
