After a lengthy discusssion concerning the City's present ratio, Mr. Degal with Scott Electric explained that licensed journeyman should not be on the job unsupervised. Chairman Sughrue added that she would strongly consider recommending an additional inspector. Mr. Hudson stated that changing the ratio would not do any good if the personnel was not available to investigate.
