The next item of business was petitions from the audience.
Mr. Robert Shake expressed a concern regarding out of town companies coming
into town and causing problems when the contractor is the owner of the company
but is not a master of record for that company. Mr. Shake stated that he would
like for the Electrical Advisory Board to look into and perhaps even changing the
Electrical City Ordinance criteria pertaining to a master of record.
Chairman Mc Mahon informed the board that they could discuss Mr. Shakes
concerns, take no action but that the board could decide to place the item on next
months agenda.
Nr. Hudson, Chief Electrical Inspector concurred that there was a potential
problem.
After a short discussion a motion was made by Mr. Nadkarni, seconded by Mr.
Sal Vetrano to place the item on next months agenda. The motion carried
unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
