Special Meeting
Ethics Commission
City of Corpus Christi, Texas

Vice-Chairperson Linda Figueroa called the meeting to order and called the roll. The following members
were present:
Linda Figueroa, Vice-Chairperson
Melvin Bohannon
Robert Corrigan
Haysam Dawod
Rick Marcantonio
Bill Strawn
The following members were absent:
James R. Cramer, Chairperson
Jennifer Dragoo
Laura Hebert
City Attorney Carlos Valdez and First Assistant Attorney Jay Reining were present.
The Commission approved the minutes of the March 11, 2010 meeting.
New member Haysam Dawod introduced himself to the other commissioners.
The Commission reviewed of Annual Ethics Financial Disclosure Reports and Supplemental Ethics
Financial Disclosure Reports.
The Commission deferred review of the Rules of Conduct in the City's Code of Ethics(Division 1,Article
V, Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances).
There was no public comment.
