Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m. and roll was called. Members of the Commission present were: Ctio
Vice-Chairperson Linda Figueroa, Melvin Bohannon, Ken Bung, Haysam Dawod and Bill Strawn. �1m �
First Assistant City Attorney,Jay Reining was present.
Linda Figueroa motioned to approve the minutes from the last meeting on April 14,2011. Haysam
Dawod seconded the motion. The mintues were passed.
The commission reviewed the Financial Disclosures from the City's Boards and Commissions.
Ten were sent back for corrections.
There was no public comment.
The Commission would like to invite the new City Manager to the next meeting.
The Commission adjourned the meeting at 5:50.
