• Jennifer Dragoo called the meeting to order a 5:31 p.m. Roll was called. The following members were • •
present:
Melvin Bohannon
Ken Bung
Haysam Dawod
Harry Hallows
Bill Strawn
Larry White
Absent:
Linda Figueroa,Vice-Chairperson
Laura Hebert
Acting First Assistant City Attorney Alison Logan was present.
Minutes were.read and approved with one correction made to capitalize Open Meeting Act.
Chairperson,Dragoo would like the revised Ethics Ordinance be placed on the agenda to be presented to
Council. Attorney Logan advised she would like to meet with the City Manager before placing on the
agenda.
There were no members of the public present and no public comments were received.

The Commission placed the following items on the agenda for the next meeting:
Disccuss the need for Legal Protocal for hearing public comments/Clarification on how to handle
public comments.
Discuss Roberts Rules of Order. Can the Commission adopt?
Discussion and possible action regarding amendments to the City's Code of Ethics as proposed
by City Staff.
Discuss possible new appointment to the Ethics Commission.
