Carlos Valdez, City Attorney, called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

The September 13, 2012, minutes were read and approved. No changes were made.

There were no new members to introduce.

All reports were reviewed by the commission.
DISCUSS COMMISSIONS MISSION STATEMENT AND GOALS
These items were tabled for the next meeting.
