Haysam Dawod,Chair,called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll was called. The following members were present

Larry White
Senior Assistant City Attorney Lisa Aguilar was present as was Laurie Ledesma-Garda from the City Attorney's Office.
Assistant City Attorney Roxene Stevens was present for the first half of the meeting. All are from the City Attorney's
Office.
READING OF MINUTES
The May 8,2014, minutes were read and approved. No changes were made.
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON COMPLAINT FILED BY JOHN SENDEJAR
This was a discussion only to determine next step in this complaint process.
Motion was made and seconded to take no action. Motion carried. Mr. Sendejar was told he could resubmit his complaint
within 15 days of this hearing.
HEARING AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON COMPLAINT FILED BY NORMA RWRA
Ms. Rivera requested to have Ken Bung removed from the panel. Her reason was because he retired CCPD. Her request
was denied. After presentations from Ms. Rivera and Mr.Staff,Bill Strawn moved that the complaint be denied on the
grounds that there is not substantiation,that this be so moved. Motion made and seconded. Motion carried. Complaint
DISMISSED.
