The members present were: Chair Garry Bradford, Vice-Chair Frank Tompkins-iI,the
Rev. Dr. Raymond Kiser, the Rev. Derrick Reaves,and David Longoria. The Rev.J. Allen
Lowe, Eduardo Hinojosa, Cecil Henry, and Gloria Perez were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray
was present
The January 13, 2000 minutes were approved as submitted.
The Commission further discussed whether fewer than five persons should be able to
bring a complaint. A motion was passed to table this issue, with the understanding that if
someone wants to bring this up later they can.
Regarding scheduling of future meetings, it was decided to continue to meet monthly.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
