The members present were: Vice-Chair Frank Tompkins II, the Rev. Dr. Raymond Kiser,
Gloria Perez, Eduardo Hinojosa, the Rev. Derrick Reaves, and David Longoria. Chair Garry
Bradford and the Rev. J. Allen Lowe were absent. City Attorney Jimmy Bray was present.
The absences of Garry Bradford and the Rev. J. Allen Lowe were excused. The Rev. Dr.
Raymond Kiser asked to be excused from the ril meeting because he will be out of town, and
the excuse was granted. In Ay
The March 9, 2000 minutes were approved as submitted.
The Commission briefly discussed Commission practices and procedures and possible
changes.
There was no public comment.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.

Attached for filing with your office are the executed Ethics Commission minutes for April 13 and
July 26,2000. The Commission did not meet in June because of a posting error and postponed its
regular July meeting to July 26 which is the date for the annual meeting under the city ordinance.
